Shannon Magrane
Shannon Renee Magrane (born October 21, 1995 in St. Louis, Mo and raised in Tampa, Florida) is an American singer-songwriter and one of the Top 11 finalists for the eleventh season of American Idol 2012. Since then she has toured opening for acts such as Sheryl Crow, Ziggy Marley, 3 Doors Down, America and Air Supply. She has performed nationally at events such as Nascar races, National political conventions, MLB World Series games, NFL Pregame concerts, and numerous festivals. Just recently in 2013 she collaborated on a track entitled "Girls of the Night" with Deborah Cox on Frank Wildhorn's Jekyll and Hyde Revival Album.
Shannon’s debut single, “Weather,” is set to release on October 21st,2014. This song, a fitting anthem for her life’s journey, explores the bittersweet beauty and self-discovery of change, a theme to which any girl can relate—not just the 19-year-old who has excelled on national television.
